Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

- US Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- International Shipping: 10-21 business days (depending on destination country and customs clearance)

- US Expedited Shipping: $9.90
- International rates are calculated at checkout based on your location
Order Tracking A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Destinations HAUTETREND ships to all 50 US states and select international destinations. Availability is shown at checkout. For further assistance, contact our support team.
Delays & Lost Packages We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or any circumstances beyond our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the buyer. If your package has not arrived within 7 business days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately.
Incorrect Address Policy Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. HAUTETREND is not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address. Additional shipping fees for re-delivery will be the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
